First time passing and moving to drop and open out
Description
In this session we are focusing on first time passing and moving to drop and open out. The drill begins with the coach passing the ball to the player who sets back and repeats on the outside of the cone. The player then drops to the outside of the cone behind to set back on both sides before then dropping back to the central cone to receive and open out to play. The drill is then repeated on the opposite side. The first time passes should be executed using both feet and at a steady tempo throughout. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
