Quick Fire Passes
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players ability to play both first time and to open out to play. The drill starts with the player moving towards the middle right cone. The coach then plays into the player for a 1-2, with the player then moving to the opposite side to receive the same pass. After the second 1-2, the player moves back towards the back left cone, where they receive the ball from the coach, take it across the body and pass back. The player then moves to the opposite side to repeat. After the second pass, the player moves back across to the middle left cone for a 1-2, and then the same on the opposite side, before returning to the start. This drill is perfect to use as a passing activation with both younger and older players.
