Quick feet and touches to receive and turn with the ball
Description
In this session we are focusing on quick feet and touches to receive and turn with the ball. The drill begins with the coach passing the ball to the player who sets back and moves across the ladder to repeat. The player then drops to the outside cone to receive to open out before turning back and passing to the coach. Once the player has passed the ball to the coach they look to drop to the highest cone to receive on the back foot to open out and play back to the coach to repeat. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
