One touch passes and react quickly to drop and receive
Description
In this session we are focusing on one touch passes and react quickly to drop and receive. The drill begins with the coach passing the ball into the player who sets back and repeats using both feet until the coach shouts a number. When the coach shouts a number the player drops to that cone to receive the ball and open out before moving back to the start. The player should ensure that they open the hips to take the ball out on the back foot. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
