Combining first time to move into space to receive
Description
In this session we are focusing on combining first time to move into space to receive. The drill begins with the coach playing into player 1 for them to set back and move to the outside. The coach then passes the ball back to player 1 who looks to play across to player 2. Once player 1 has passed the ball they look to move around the high cone to meet the ball set back by player 2 to play back to coach. The drill then repeats with player 2. Players should ensure that they are aware of their surroundings and adapt their body shape to receive and play first time. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps per player and should be completed at least two times each side.
