First time passes straight and across with both feet
Description
In this session we are focusing on first time passes straight and across with both feet. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who sets back. The coach then sets the ball back to the player for them to set the ball across. The player then moves to the opposite side to repeat. The player should stay light on their feet and focus on the weight of pass. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and side and should be completed at least three times.
