Setting to Move Out


Description

In this session we are focusing on our players first touch and ability to move forward. The drill starts with the player moving into space to receive from the coach. Upon receiving the ball, the player should open out, and play towards the rebound board or another player. Once the ball has hit the board, the player looks to meet the ball and take their touch forward towards the cone, before playing back into the coach and returning to the start. Each set should last between 30-60 seconds.
