Set Up & Equipment

• The middle player who shoots from distance should be on a max of three touch

• The middle player has to shoot when they receive the ball

• The striker looks to be ready to follow in on any shots that are saved/blocked

• Defending team look to score in one of the small goals if they win the ball

• Teams can change over after a set time or when the defending team score a set amount of goals

Set Up:

Depth: 35 - 40 yards

Width: 20 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
