  • Penalty if team scores in the red zone, score the pen and you get 2 goals, miss and 0 goals

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 30 yards

Red zones: 2 x 12 - 15 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)
