Set Up & Equipment

  • Players locked into the zones until the progressions are brought in

  • Defending team looks to win the ball and score in the small sided goals or gates if you don’t have small goals

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards total.

Final third: 25 yards.

Middle third: 15 yards.

Defensive third: 10 yards.

Width: 30 yards.

Middle/Defensive zones: 20 yards.

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Small sided goals
