Depth: 25 yards total (Can be increased)

Start point to Goal: 10 yards

Goal to Receiving player: 15 yards

Width: 10 yards between each side

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs (Optional)

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
