Set Up & Equipment

  • Each player is assigned an opposition player

  • If their opposing player scores they must then sprint round one of the corners

  • Teams look to penetrate when they have the overload

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Optional)
