  • 3 passes before the attacking team can play to the opposite side

  • Teams change over when the defending team win the ball a set amount of times

Set Up:

Depth: 40 - 50 yards

Width: 25 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)
