Set Up & Equipment

  • Players locked the zones until the ball is played into the high zone

  • Defenders cannot stand in the scoring area but can follow an attacker into there

Set Up:

Depth: 40 - 50 yards

Width: 35 - 40 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
