Set Up & Equipment

  • Attacking team carries on attacking until the defending team win the ball and score in the middle area

  • Every goal is a point

  • Defending team changes with the attacking team once they score

Set Up:

Depth: 40 - 50 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
