Set Up & Equipment

  • Outside players unopposed but on two touch max

  • Set an amount of passes for a point

  • Move the ball from one side to the other = 1 point

  • Defenders change over when they win the ball and score

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
