  • Teams must reach the middle zone to then attack the goal

  • Players from the opposite half can drop into the middle zone to receive and go forward

Set Up:

Depth: 40 - 50 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
