Set Up & Equipment

  • One attacker joins the attack once the ball is moved into the high zone

  • As a progression the zones can be removed

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards

High zone: 30 yards

Low zone: 20 yards

Width: 35 - 40yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
