Set Up & Equipment

• Set a minimum amount of passes before teams can switch play

• Switch can be in the air or along the floor

• Defending team can intercept the switch

• Team who loses the ball changes with the defending team

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 20 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
