• If a team switches the play from one outside zone to another and then play into the goals = 3 points

• 1 point for scoring without the switch

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 30 - 35 yards

Central area: 15 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
