Set Up & Equipment

• Players are locked in to start then free to move as a progression

• Score by playing into wide areas and then attacking

• Defending team aim to complete 5 passes to receive a point

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 40 yards

Wide areas: 2 x 15 yards

Central area: 20 yards (Can be increased)

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones
