• Both teams attack the same goal

Set Up:

Depth: 35 yards

Width: 30+ yards

Central area: 20 yards

Wide areas: 2 x 10 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
