• Set a minimum amount of passes before switching across

• Change teams over after a set time

• Point every time a team switches to the opposite side

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

2 x 15 yard areas

Width: 15 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat markers if possible)
