  • Wide players look to combine quickly to score

  • Defending team aim to win the ball back and score

  • Wide players need to be on the move to create opportunities to receive

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 30 - 35 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
