• Players in the middle look to move between the boxes to create space to receive

• Remove the boxes as a progression

• Insert a touch limit to finish

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 25 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat markers if possible)

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
