Set Up & Equipment

  • Teams can switch using the middle player or playing directly across

  • Set an amount of passes before switching

  • Insert a touch limit

  • Defending team changes over when they win the ball and score

Set Up:

Depth: 35 - 40 yards

Width: 20 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
