Set Up & Equipment

  • Ensure all five attacking zones are utilised when the ball is in central areas

  • Players are free to move between zones

  • Insert a touch limit to finish unless you have goalkeepers

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 40 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
