  • Every time a team moves the ball from one outside player to the other they receive a point

  • Insert a touch limit for outside players

  • Outside players can change over with central players

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
