• Every time a team switches the play using central player is a point

• Set an amount of passes before passing to the central players

• Insert a touch limit for floaters

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 25 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat Markers if possible)

• Poles/Mannequins (Optional)
