Set Up & Equipment

  • Points awarded when a team passes through one of the gates and then reaches the end zone

  • Focus on the players utilising space and not standing still by the gates making it easier to mark

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards total

Middle area: 30 yards

End zones: 2 x 5 yards

Width: 30 yards

Gates:

Middle gate: 5 yards

Wide gates: 3 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
