Agility and quick feet to retrieve and maintain control of the ball
Description
In this session we are focusing on agility and quick feet to retrieve and maintain control of the ball. The drill begins with the player moving across the ladder before moving to retrieve the ball. The player then looks to dribble around the triangle, maintaining control of the ball by using both feet and controlling their speed. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
