W-Shape sprinting and changing direction conditioning drill
Description
In this session we are focusing on a w-shaped sprinting and changing direction conditioning drill. The player sprints up and around each cone until they reach the opposite side where they then turn and sprint back to the start. When approaching a cone the player should slow down and retain a low body shape to turn quickly to then accelerate into space. The player should complete the drill at least three times and each rep can be timed.
