Bounce passes and quick feet to react to step/drop


Description

In this session we are focusing on bounce passes and quick feet to react to step/drop. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who looks to pass back before stepping over and back through the hurdles. The player then looks to set the ball back again before the coach instructs the player to either step or drop to move to the opposite side to repeat. The player should ensure that they stay light on their feet to move smoothly over the hurdles. Each set should consist of 2 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
