Sharp footwork to shuffle and spring out quickly
Description
In this session we are focusing on sharp footwork to shuffle and spring out quickly. The drill begins with the player moving across and back through the ladder. Once the player moves back across they then look to shuffle and spring out to the cone. The player then shuffles back to the ladder to repeat. The player should retain a low body shape when shuffling and ensure that the heels are off the floor at all times whilst pumping the arms whilst moving through the ladder. Each set should consist of 1 - 3 reps and should be completed at least three times.
