Description
In this session we are focusing on sharpness to burst out, receive the ball and dribble to finish. The drill begins with the coach instructing the player which side to move. The player then manoeuvres through the cones, before bursting out to receive the ball. Once the player receives the ball, they look to dribble across to the opposite side and back through the middle to finish into the goal. The player looks to retain control of the ball whilst moving quickly, ensuring the ball stays close to the body. Each set should consist of 2 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times.
