ABC’s and quick transitions burst out into space
Description
In this session we are focusing on our ABC’s and quick transitions to burst out into space. The drill begins with the player sprinting up to the top cone/pole. Once the player reaches the cone, they look to slalom through the cones, before bursting out and around the outside cone. The player should look to stay light on their feet and retain a lower body position when slaloming through the cones. Each set should consist of two reps and should be completed at least three times.
