Close control and use of both feet to work out of tight spaces
Description
In this session we are focusing on close control and using both feet to work out of tight spaces. The drill begins with the player dribbling to the middle cone/pole. The player then turns and dribbles to either side where they look to shift the ball through the gate, keeping the ball close to the body and using both feet to retain control. The player then looks to repeat on the opposite side and then at the highest point, before dribbling back to the start point. The drill should be completed at least 3 - 5 times.
