Agility and quickness to work the feet and shuffle across effectively
Description
In this session we are focusing on agility and quickness to work the feet and shuffle across effectively. The drill begins with the player moving swiftly through the agility ladder. The player then looks to burst out to the middle cone. As the player reaches the cone, the coach will command the player to move left/right. The player transitions into a shuffle to push across and back. Once the player moves back to the middle, they look to move quickly towards the ladder to move through and rest. The player should ensure they pump their arms and keep their heels off the ground when moving through the ladder, as well as retaining a low body position when shuffling across.
