Figure of 8 dribbling and maintaining control of the ball
Description
In this session we are focusing on dribbling and maintaining control of the ball. The drill begins with the players moving in opposite directions. They look to move around the figure of 8 quickly, whilst maintaining control of the ball. The first player to return to their start point and into the middle will gain a point. The players should use both feet and ensure that they keep the ball close to the body to maintain control. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times.
