Varying turns to change direction of movement with the ball

Description

In this session we are focusing on varying turns to change direction of movement with the ball. The drill begins with the player dribbling to one of the outside cones/poles. The player looks to turn as they approach the cone, and dribbling back to the middle to turn again. The player turns three times on each side. The aim is for the player to protect the ball when turning, looking to vary the turns (drag back, cryuff turn, etc). After the player completes all the turns and moves back to the middle, the coach shouts a cone for the player to move around. The player looks to attack the space quickly, to turn and drive across to the other side and back to the start. The drill should be completed at least three times.
