Agility and speed with/without the ball to attack
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players agility and speed with/without the ball to attack. The drill begins with the players moving towards the agility ladder. The players then look to move through the ladder quickly, pumping the arms and staying light on their feet. As the players move out of the ladder, they look to take the ball and drive around the cone into space to score. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times.
