Fast feet to move around the cone to dart into space


Description

In this session we are focusing on fast feet to move around the cone to dart into space. The drill begins with the player moving to the central cone, before moving quickly around the cone/pole. As the player moves around the cone, they then look to sprint into the space to the high cone. The player looks to move around that cone and back around the start cone to repeat off the other side. When moving around the cone quickly, the player should stay light on their feet and keep the feet close together. Each set should consist of 2 - 5 reps with rest in between.
