In this session we are focusing on our players composure to keep the ball under control. The drill begins with the players dribbling through the cones/poles and back through before finishing into their goal. The players look to use both feet and keep the ball close to the body to stay in control and move through quickly. The player who scores first should get a point to add some competition to the drill. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times.
