In this session we are focusing on agility and coordination to move the feet quickly. The drill begins with the player stepping over the hurdles before moving across and back through the cones. The player should look to stay light on their feet keeping the heels off the ground and pumping the arms. The player then steps back over the hurdles and out to the other side. When moving over the hurdles the player should look pump the knees to move over efficiently. When the player returns to the middle of the hurdles for the second time, the coach then passes the ball to the player for them to receive and dribble around the two cones. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
