Jumping out to gain power to sprint and turn
Description
In this session we are focusing to jumping to gain power to sprint and turn. The drill begins with the player jumping over the hurdle before sprinting to one of the cones ahead, turning and sprinting to the other side. After the player turns past the second cone, they look to sprint around the cone ahead and back to the start point to repeat. The drill should be light on their feet with heels off the ground and ensure they spring up over the hurdle. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
