Avoiding contact by working the feet and disguising movement


Description

In this session we are focusing on avoiding contact by working the feet and disguising movement. The red player starts as the attacker, and looks to move through a gate without being touched by the defender. The red player looks to move and change direction quickly to attempt to make the defender step too far in one direction to then attack the space on the opposite side. If the player moves through successfully, they stay as the attacker. If they get touched, then the players swap over. Each set should last for around 60 - 90 seconds and should be completed at least two times.
