Sprinting & Shuffling


Description

In this session we are focusing on our Sprinting and Shuffling. The drill starts with the player sprinting upto the pole/cone infront, and then shuffling to the pole on their right. Once the player is around the pole, they sprint upto the next pole infront, before shuffling to the pole to the left and then sprinting through the final pole. The player will have a short rest, before completing the sequence. The drill should be completed at least three times, before introducing a ball to dribble.
