Elusiveness to move out of tight spaces and accelerate

Description

In this session, we are focusing on our elusiveness to move out of tight spaces and accelerating through the agility ladder. The drill begins with the player sprinting upto to the cone/pole ahead. The player then looks to move all the way around the cone by working the feet quickly, before then accelerating towards and through the ladder. Once the player moves through the ladder, they look to sprint upto the next cone, before moving all the way around again to accelerate past the end cone. The player will then have a short rest (10-20 seconds) before repeating. It’s important the player is light on their feet by keeping their heels off the ground to move out of tight areas quickly. Each set should consist of a minimum of threereps and shiuld be completed at least two times.
