Changing movement quickly to move in a different direction

Description

In this session we are focusing on changing movements quickly to move in a different direction. The drill begins with the players moving to the cone/pole infront of them. As they approach the cone, they look to slow down and back pedal to the start cone. They then look to move out to the cone on the outside before moving back to the middle. The players then cross over to move to the opposite side, and then look to sprint through the gate once they have travelled back to the start point. The players should slow down as they approach the cone so that they can move swiftly into the back pedal. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
