Agility & acceleration to move to the ball & drive into space
Description
In this session we are focusing on agility and acceleration to move to the ball and drive into space. The drill begins with the players moving towards the agility ladder to move across showing fast feet. The players then look to accelerate around the cone ahead and towards the ball. Once the players gain possession of the ball they look to drive into space and through the gate quickly, whilst maintaining control of the ball. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
